We provide large oversize spindle ball bearings and use heat treated alloy steels for various stressed components. Being an aerospace manufacturer for over 18 years our machinists know the importance of cross slide back-lash compensation and full gib adjustments for wear as employed in the manufacture of the Micro Mills and Micro Lathes. Our mills and lathes are built by a machinist and can be used by a machinist, hobbyist, or anyone just starting out.

We tell them that over the 30 years that we have been making these products our philosophy has been to make large quantities of parts at a time thereby reducing the setup costs to produce these parts. Our special tooling fixtures have allowed us to accomplish this method, thereby reducing the costs to manufacture our various components. By using specialized older machines and state of the art new machines we are able to pass these savings on to the customer with prices that are lower than our competitors without sacrificing machine performance and accuracy.
