Boxford produces large numbers of Educational class CNC machines that dominantly serves Europe. However, these machines have continuously trickled into the United States.

The problem:
Post processors are not available for BobCad/Boxford combinations.

The solution:
Does anyone know:
1) How to create a post processor file?
2) Where I can find a closely related post processor file to modify?
3) Where I can find a post processor file for BobCad/Boxford (any machine)?

The Boxford CNC systems come with their own software for doing 2D, and recently 3D, toolrouting.

However, the custom software is not anything found commonly in US industry.

BobCad is used by over 190 companies in New Mexico; for a state of only 2 million people that's a lot of companies.

The task at hand is to train 2-year college students how to get in and work with BobCad to produce 3D projects on actual CNC machines.
