Hello everyone at CNC Info,

My name is Gabe and have been in 5-Axis cnc for about 2 years.

I use Unigraphics NX4 for both CAD and CAM.

The machines I write programming for are:
CMS Poseidon 5-axis [X83' Y27' Z13']
CMS Ares 5-axis [X16' Y6' Z4']

I was given a job with no prior knowledge of any CNC, but I new the design software very well and started from scratch learning to program.

I have to say it has been a great opportunity learning and I never can get over watching the machine running a program; how fluent 5-axis movement can be.
