I don't understand your post very well.
but i can tell you as follow
1.fanuc pmc/L/M was used eprom to store pmc program.
2.so if you want to transfer pc ---> cnc pmc you have to use eprom.
3.fanuc pmc/L/M can not support rs232 transfer.
