CNC Control Software is one of the fundamental things you will need to do CNC. The control software is what interprets the G-Code line by line and sends off commands to your machine controller.

The control software is the "reader" of your CNC Program. You have also tuned this software to your CNC Machine. It is the go between. It executes the various G-Code program lines and then passes the information to the machine controller.

There are different levels of Control Software out in the marketplace. You can spend anywere from free to thousands of dollars depending on what you want.
