RIGS CNC Plasma Torch cuts RIGS Logo
After we taught ourselves how to prepare files and M code for this Anilam 3200 MK cnc machine, we began to make more detailed cuts. Here we see the RIGS logo being cut from 1/8″ steel plate by way of Plasma Torch. This machine was nicely calibrated and with a new tip for the torch we saw amazing results. Can a CNC router equipped with a laser or plasma cutter cleanly cut aluminum diamond plate?

I’d like to cut some designs in aluminum diamond plate and I was curious to know if a cnc router with a laser or plasma torch could do the job. I know a waterjet works pretty well, but the price of the machine is currently not in my budget. Thanks!
