Challenge:  The customer is an industry leader in document storage, data protection and document destruction solutions.  At the document destruction center, an existing cartridge dust collector could not handle the paper dust.  The cartridges continually failed due to the fibrous dust packing in the pleats resulting in an extremely dusty facility, rasing several health and safety concerns.

Solution:  The document destruction company contacted Imperial Systems, Inc. for an answer.  Jeremiah Wann, President, had the perfect solution;  Imperial’s SCF dust collector was designed primarily for the document destruction industry.  The SCF downdraft design with glazed tube filters releases paper dust with ease.  It features automated cleaning, quick filter change out and longer filter life.

The competitors’ all specified a “box of socks”; the old after filter design without automated cleaning.
